Howell Wechsler, Ed.D., MPH, Director of the Division of Adolescent and School Health at the CDC opened up the morning with a welcome to Strengthening Our Practice: Reaching Our Target. He spoke with much enthusiasm for our partners. He said, "We are thrilled with the quality of the NPD group. We're bragging about all of you. Barring any congressional act, the work that you do will continue. We have the greatest support for all of you."
